) and hair extensions (micro-cylinder, micro-ring, and
Microchet method) for men, women, and children. We don't discriminate!
2. What are Micro-Cylinder (Micro-Ring) Extensions and how do they work?
Basically, tiny tubes (micro-cylinders or micro-rings) are used to attach the strands (I-tip extensions) with a special technique to your own hair. These tubes are super light-weight so that your extensions feel and look natural, yet strong and flexible enough to hold the attachment. Applied correctly by an expert, this is a safe method that will not damage your own hair. No glue or chemical are involved. This method can also be used for weft extensions, and the cylinders come in different sizes and colors to match your hair color.
3. What are Microchet Extensions and how do they work?
This method is virtually undetectable, because of the way the extensions are engineered and installed. The process is gentle on your hair and it does not cause damage to your own hair. The process involves I-Tip hair extensions with a loop of thread on top, and the loop is tied in to you own hair using our special technique. The attachment is so small that it can be applied on very thin hair and on areas of the head where most other systems can not. Only the highest quality human hair is used, and these attachments can be re-applied the second time around using the micro-cylinder (micro-ring) method.
4. How long do these attachments last?
It really depends on the up-keep of your hair, and the extensions can last anywhere from 3 to 4 months. Hair grows about half an inch a month, so naturally the original position of the hair extension points will change overtime. At this point we can "move-up" the hair extensions and re-attach them.
5. What kind of hair do you use?
We use 100% European virgin human hair for all our products. "Virgin" refers
to
hair that has not been chemically treated at all
prior to harvest. All of our extensions are also remy hair (cuticles are in tact and pointing the same way), and consequently the hair
is less likely to tangle.
